Look-wise, the upcoming phone, Mi5c, is probably one of the best looking smartphones from the house of Xiaomi till date. This is Xiaomi’s first phone to be powered by its own custom CoS chipset, Surge S1. The premium metal body with 1.66 mm ultra slim bezel is certainly an attention drawer. It measures 144.38 x 69.68mm x 7.09mm and is pretty light weight at 134gm.The 5.15 inch full HD (1920×1080 pixels) resolution screen gets a protective cover of Gorilla Glass4.
The Octa-Core 64-bit Pinecone S1 processor is clocked at 2.2GHz (2.2GHz quad-core A53 + 1.4GHz quad-core A53) and has 3GB RAM with 64GB ROM.

Though the battery is 2800 mAh,  Xiaomi claims its processor makes it quite power efficient. It also has a fast charging feature with USB Type-C connection that supports fast transfer of files too. 
It has dual micro SIMs both of which support 4G LTE/Volte along with 3G/2G. It has Wi-Fi and NFC too. The micro SD card slot is expandable up to 128GB. 
The front camera is 8MP & while the rear is 12MP with LED flash. The camera is packed with features like Sony IMX 378 sensor, Af/2.0 aperture, auto-focus, geo-tagging, face detection and HDR. These features translate to a much better photo quality. The enhanced light sensitivity makes the low light scene shooting quite appreciable. Mi5c camera is equipped with double noise reduction optimization too. 
In security features also this phone does not lag behind its competitors as it gets an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor on the front. 
It also has an inbuilt reading mode that largely cut upon the blue light rays, which cause eye fatigue.
Mi5c will run on Google’s latest Android Nougat 7.1 operating system with MiUI 8. It will be available in three colours rose gold, black and gold. 
At around Rs 14999/-, this phone would certainly be the best bet in the market amongst phone under 15k or even 20k. So,  if you are  complemplating buying a new smartphone just wait a little for its launch in India.
